Adding Common Mailbox to Outlook 2010

Add it to your Outlook view by doing the following (these instructions are for Outlook 2010):

  1. Click File

     2. Click Account Settings

     3. Click Account Settings again

     4. Click on your email account one time to highlight the line and then click the change button right above

     5. Click the more settings button

     6. Click the advanced tab

     7. Click Add

     8. Type the common mailbox name

     9. Click OK

   10. Click OK and Next

   11. Finish
