Do's and Don'ts for Skype for Business




Clients may not be aware of potential difficulties accessing Skype for Business for the first time. To avoid delays in accessing meetings, contact them ahead of time with external user instructions and stress the need to click on the Skype Web App link from the meeting invitation (Note: For some users, this may require IT support to install).

Skype for Business provides a clear audio experience when properly used. Echoes and background noise are easily prevented with use of a headset and muting microphone when not speaking. It only takes one participant to ruin the audio quality for an entire meeting so please be considerate.
