Some clients will set up meetings using the WebEx meeting software instead of GoToMeeting. In these instances we are asking users to access these meetings using the WebEx temporary application because of potential problems with the WebEx application. For example, if there is an update to the WebEx application installed on your laptop, it will not allow you to access a meeting before updating the software. The update would require an administrator password. However, using the temporary application will allow you to access your meeting every time without having to worry about potential updates that will cause you to miss the meeting.
After clicking the link to the meeting, an installation will appear. Click Run a temporary application.
A pop up window will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click Run. The meeting will now load in the temporary application.
