Archiving Project Files Instructions

  1. Locate the project(s) in MDOC that you need to archive (Client Project Documents or MMS Project Documents).
  2. Open an IT incident ticket through the IT Incidents link in MDOC. Click Submit a Request. Fill out the requested information.

    1. Specify in the Subject line that the request is for archiving project files.
    2. In the Description box, enter the name of the client, followed by the name and project number of each project that needs to be archived. Make sure that the full project file name is entered into the ticket. (See the example ticket below)
  3. Submit the ticket, and IT will take care of archiving the project(s).
  4. If you are submitting the request by email:

    1. In the subject line, specify that the request is for archiving project files.

In the email message, specify the name of the client, followed by the name and project number of each project that needs to be archived. Make sure that the full project file name is entered into the ticket. Send the email to support@mmsholdings.com. (See the example email below)
