Note: The following instructions are for changing your existing unexpired MMS network password. If you forget your MMS password or if your password has expired, please follow the “Forgotten or Expired Password” instructions.
Step 1: Open a web browser, go to https://portal.office.com and log in using your MMS email address and current password. Once you are logged in, click on your account in the upper right-hand corner. It will either be your profile picture or your first and last initials. Click view account on the drop-down menu.
Step 2: You will be taken to your main account page within Office 365. Next, click on the change password option.
Step 3: Type your current password into the old password field. Next, type in a new password into the create new password field and confirm new password field. Finally, click submit. (Note: Your new password should be at least 8 characters and include 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number and 1 special character.)
Note: The below step is only for MMS Laptop users (not virtual desktop).
Step 4: Connect VPN on your MMS Laptop. Wait for one minute, then press windows key + L on keyboard to lock computer. Next, log back in with new password.
