- Request for Teams/Calendar Federation between MMS and Clients/Sponsors/External Contacts to be submitted as IT Ticket.
- IT will coordinate with the requestor to put us (MMS IT) in touch with the client/sponsors IT Contact.
- IT will thereafter coordinate and work with client/sponsors directly to complete the Teams/Calendar federation and keep the requestor in copy for awareness and status of request.
- When the setup is complete, IT will notify the requestor.
